Priority Booking

Priority Booking Information

If you are a Friend or Priority Booking member, you are entitled to priority booking for most productions at the Theatre Royal Plymouth. Please see the Membership and Support section of our website for information on these services.

If you have booked online with us before:

  1. Click login in the top left hand corner of the website.
  2. Enter your usual login details (email address and password) – please ensure you use the email address that is associated with your membership
  3. You will be taken to the My Account area of our website. Clicking the Theatre Royal Plymouth logo on the top left will take you back to the home page from which you can browse productions currently on sale.
  4. When you visit the show pages now you will see that Priority Booking Only booking button has changed to Book Tickets.

The website will recognise your membership status and you will be able to proceed to booking. Friends will also be able to purchase tickets at the reduced Friends rate on applicable dates.

If you are new to booking online:

If you have not booked online with us before, or have rarely done so, please contact our Box Office. They will set you up with a web login that matches your Friends membership account and you’ll be all set to avoid queues by booking online in the future.

If you experience difficulties, please contact our Box Office on 01752 267222, who will be able to ensure that any teething issues are ironed out and that you experience no further problems.
