Two weeks, four shows, a vibrant celebration of the most engaging work being made in the South West…

Platform is a showcase of four new shows, made by the Theatre Royal Plymouth’s Lab Associates. Platform is a brand new TRP event in The Drum, offering audiences the opportunity to see new and original theatre, made by the local artists and companies that we’re most excited about.

The Narwhal Ensemble are a company of nine emerging artists devising musical, irreverent, and quirky theatre inspired by life in the South West. Formed in July 2017, as part of Theatre Royal Plymouth’s Lab Company programme, their debut production Whey Down South has been performed across the South West.

Our Lab Associate scheme offers South West based companies/artists a year-long attachment to Theatre Royal Plymouth. We’re delighted to be collaborating with this talented cohort of local theatre makers. To find out more about the Lab Associate scheme and respective companies, visit our website.
