In the show Alix decides that it is time that Lewis learns how to cook a Caribbean curry to connect more with his roots. The show uses food as a metaphor for the strength in diversity and explores the positives of mixing ingredients and different foods and delves into the history of those who have had problems with the mixing of people. The audience goes on this journey with Alix and Lewis whilst experiencing the different aromas as the curry is cooking throughout the show.
