The Theatre Royal Plymouth Young Company are going on tour this spring with their production of Gargantua. We are delighted to be taking this production into school venues around Plymouth and Saltash which host our Young Company Hubs.

After a two-and-a-half year pregnancy, Mini Mungus gives birth to a monster – one with an accelerated growth rate and an insatiable appetite for anything that moves (including joggers).

When sinister military scientists become intent on cloning Hugh for an army of giant babies, he breaks his chains and escapes. The world can only watch in horror as he embarks on learning how to walk and rampant destruction. Who will stop this freak of nature? And who, more importantly, will change his nappy?

This production will take place at the following venues:

Monday 7th March – Plymouth School of Creative Arts
Tuesday 8th March – All Saints Academy Plymouth
Wednesday 9th March – Community School
Thursday 10th March – Marine Academy Plymouth

The evening will begin at 7.30pm and will also include short curtain raiser performances by Young Company Hubs.

Tickets cost £5 and £3 for concessions and are available via the Box Office on 01752 267222 or by contacting the school receptions.
