From the moment Gok flies on stage to open the show, to the sparkly and sequinned finale, the pace doesn’t let up… Like Cinderella, I was having such a good time I didn’t glance up at the clock.
Cinderella is a show that glitters with sumptuous sets and a feel-good factor that sees most of the audience on their feet at the finale.
Panto-goers, I felt, got two shows in one this year: the traditional panto and a top ventriloquism show
Screamingly funny, touching and a dab hand at dealing with kids, Zerdin got the loudest round of applause at the end, and deservedly so.
There’s a smattering of adult humour, a good dollop of poo jokes and great fun by the bucketful.
