Once purchased, tickets may not be refunded. Tickets may be accepted for resale, in advance for sold out shows only, however we cannot guarantee that all tickets will be resold. A fee will be charged for this service.
Only one concession applies per ticket. Proof of eligibility may be requested at time of purchase and/or on the day of the performance. Please inform our Box Office if you are entitled to a concession at the time of booking, as concessionary rates can not be applied retrospectively.
Theatre Royal Plymouth Ltd takes no responsibility for tickets or services purchased via an agency or third party, including individuals purchasing on behalf of a group.
Only tickets purchased from our Box Office or our approved agents are valid for admission to a performance or event.

Some performances or events may have age restrictions, please check for any restrictions prior to purchasing your tickets.
Up to £1.25 of the ticket price is a contribution to The Theatre Royal Plymouth’s charity future fund.

At the Theatre Royal Plymouth
Duplicate tickets may be issued for lost tickets on the day of the performance. For a small fee the Theatre Royal Plymouth will exchange tickets for one performance to another performance of the same production, subject to availability.
While the Theatre Royal Plymouth encourages access for all, we would recommend that parents or guardians do not bring infants less than two years of age into the auditoria. Should you wish to attend performances with an infant aged below two years, they will need to be accommodated on the parent or guardian’s lap as no seat will be allocated. There will be no charge for this. Should the infant become restless and cause a disturbance, the parent/guardian will be requested to leave the auditorium with the child. We reserve the right to not re-admit.
All alcoholic, soft and hot drinks can be consumed in the Theatre Royal Plymouth auditoria – please inform your server who will provide you with a plastic glass or paper cup for this purpose. Please note, glass and china are not permitted in the auditoria as this contravenes licensing regulations.
