Plymouth theatre-goers are set for a summer of song and dance as some of the biggest West End musicals take to the road for the first time. The Lyric hosts a major new dance festival U.Dance while The Drum sees the premier of the Theatre Royal Plymouth and Graeae Theatre Company’s latest co-production of award-winning playwright Jack Thorne’s new play – The Solid Life of Sugar Water.

Funky Llama Festival on The Hoe

After the inaugural outdoor festival last year, the totally inclusive Funky Llama Festival returns bigger and funkier than before and this time on Plymouth Hoe. The festival aims to challenge stereotypes and celebrate the creative talents of adults with different abilities.
