Food and Beverage Supervisor
Circa - £13000 depending on experience


The Theatre Royal Plymouth Ltd (TRP) is the largest theatrical and entertainment organisation in the South West. TRP offers a comprehensive range of food and drink throughout the foyers, providing Food and Bar Service for Café Cuisine, Front of House Bars and for private functions in the Pennon Room.

A vacancy has arisen in the Food and Beverage Department as a full time Food and Beverage Supervisor to assist the food and Beverage Manager in the day to day running of a busy Catering Department.

Working as a team the successful applicant will be responsible for the smooth and efficient day to day running of all food and drink service, including Café Cuisine, functions and Front of House Bars.

A formal qualification in hospitality management or equivalent is preferable, or two years experience in a similar position, preferably in an Arts/Entertainment establishment. The successful candidate will possess good leadership and organisational skills and be able to communicate at all levels throughout the organisation, in order to maintain standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven understanding of all legislation regarding the service of food and drink.
